FKM氟化橡膠為一種全合成之高分子彈性體材質，與其他橡膠材料相較，双碇生產的FKM氟化橡膠在物理特性上具有較高之拉伸強度及結構強度，耐高溫，目前在靜態密封狀態下，可達到攝氏250度環境下長時工作不衰弱。

FFKM全氟橡膠或全氟彈性體包含比標準氟橡膠更多數量的氟，以及具有更高的額定溫度，目前最高可達攝氏325度，双碇的FFKM全氟橡膠還具有近乎通用的化學相容性。

FKM氟化橡膠為全合成橡膠，與其他橡膠材料相較，FKM氟化橡膠在物理特性上具有較高之拉伸強度及結構，但FKM氟化橡膠比NBR丁腈橡膠彈性體更加昂貴，FKM氟化橡膠除了提供額外的耐熱性和耐化學性外，還可以根據其化學成分、氟含量或交聯機制分為不同需求的商品。
